    STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
    ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON USED OR INSTALLED ITEMS.

    All returns have a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
    Refund will be of the final price minus restocking fee minus the original shipping (if an item had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund after the 20% restocking fee)
    All parts are inspected before shipment. All parts are shipped insured. If you receive a damaged part, you must notify us ASAP, so that we can file a claim and come up with an option for a replacement.
    All new parts are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a part, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All sales at Performance Products Warehouse are considered final.
    Installed or modified parts cannot be returned.
    All returned parts must be in new condition in their original packaging. Labor, installation, and shipping costs are not refundable. If an item has free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Performance Products Warehouse will be deducted from any refund issued.
    All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please insure & including tracking for all returns in case they get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
    Please Note: If you refuse an order that has been shipped to you, it will then fall under our standard return policy.
    Any round trip shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Also, refused packages can take up to 18 days to be processed.
    Problems with order: Please inspect merchandise at the time of receipt. Any problems must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. All claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt also.
    Order Cancellation: Performance Products Warehouse will make every effort to cancel or change your order however we cannot guarantee a cancellation regardless of date of request; if your order or part of your order has already been approved or is already in the process for shipping, then your order cannot be cancelled.
